This is a complete service.

1. I provide equipment and staff (if needed) necessary for the day.

2. I take staff and class pictures; depending on each school's needs.

3. I take care of all parent communication—answering questions about orders and products—so the process is smooth from start to finish.

4. Everything is handled online. Parents receive a link to a password-protected gallery, organised by class, grade, or whatever grouping the school uses. Under their child’s name, they’ll see 2–5 images in both colour and black & white, and can choose which one they’d like printed. There are three packages to choose from, plus additional a la carte options like extra prints and digital files.

5. Prints are ordered and delivered directly to the school within 4 weeks.

I use only natural light—no big, scary studio lights—so all I need is a big window and a little floor space. I’ll pop by before picture day to find a spot that works well for both the school and the kids.

I work with schools of all sizes—anywhere from 50 to 500 students—and with kids of all ages, from babies to teens. My process is streamlined to accommodate any number smoothly and efficiently, making the experience relaxed for everyone.

There’s no fee for my service and no upfront costs for the school. Families choose and pay for prints after photo day, with packages starting from just $20 up to $40. Everything is very straightforward, and 10% of all profits goes back to the school—so everyone benefits!

I work with each school to find a time during the academic year that fits best for your photo sessions. There’s no booking fee, and I’ll happily coordinate with you to choose the perfect date(s) to capture your students’ portraits—making the process easy and stress-free for everyone.
